Ingredients: Alac flour (56%), jam salt, potato starch, wheat germ, yeast extract. 4 grams (70 grams) in 1 liter of water (4 teller) - aufkochen - kurz ziehen lassen. Prepare: 4 tablespoons (70 grams) mix in 1 liter of cold water (= 4 plates) and boil. Nach Wunsch mit Butter or Sahne verfeinern. Refine if desired with butter or sour cream.
